Pool season typically goes from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Depending on weather patterns, we may be able to extend slightly. Optional pool heating fee - $100 / day between Memorial Day and Labor Day. $150 / day 2 weeks before and after if weather is not too cold. Extra guest fee beyond 12 - $20 per guest per day. Our property has regularly scheduled pest control, however, we cannot guarantee that any such critters will not be visible in and around the property. Please try to keep the doors closed, do not leave food outside to prevent entry of unwanted critters. Also do not feed any wildlife as they are wild animals. No refunds will be provided if a local critter visits the property. * Children are welcome at the chalet; however, parents should use their own discretion when booking. * We encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance to guard against unforeseen circumstances. No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.
