House Rules
- No unregistered guests allowed. - We are on a sensitive septic system. Please be gentile - no sanitary products, q-tips, paper towels, food debris, etc. - All guests must sign a rental agreement which includes a watercraft liability release.
Other Details to Note
Pool season typically goes from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Depending on weather patterns, we may be able to extend slightly. Optional pool heating fee - $75 / day between Memorial Day and Labor Day. $150 / day 2 weeks before and after. Extra guest fee beyond 12 - $20 per guest per day.
